Hello, Are these sheets blank so one can design their own iron on print or are they pre loaded designs?

Hi, these are transfer books with designs already printed on them. To make your own however, you simply need the Tracing Pad (2100) or Tracing Roll (2103) and the Transfer Pen (2106). Simply draw or trace a design of your own using the Tracing Pad & Pen and then turn it over and iron it onto your fabric or you can buy plain non-woven fabric (7116). Then paint your design.
